The high purity electrolyzed hypochlorous acid device (“Device”) provided by S2Y is intended for general disinfection purposes and personal hygiene. It is NOT a medical device and is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or health condition. Any statements regarding its effectiveness are based on general disinfection guidelines and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Use Limitations:
- The Device is designed strictly for external use and surface disinfection. It should not be used internally or as a substitute for prescribed medical treatments.
- Users must follow all instructions provided in the user manual to ensure proper and safe operation.
- S2Y makes no guarantees that the use of the Device will prevent any specific illness or health condition.
Liability Disclaimer:
- S2Y disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from improper or unauthorized use of the Device, including but not limited to injuries, health complications, or damages caused by attempts to use the Device for medical purposes.
- Users assume full responsibility for any misuse or incorrect application of the Device that deviates from the intended general disinfection purposes as specified by S2Y.
Regulatory Compliance:
- The Device has not been evaluated by medical regulatory bodies such as the FDA for use as a medical treatment device. It is compliant with applicable non-medical standards for safety and effectiveness related to surface disinfection only.

S2Y and its suppliers make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the material, services, software, text, graphics and links. In no event will we be liable to any party for any damages whether direct, indirect, special, consequential or other for any use or inability to use the Services, including, without limitation, any damages for lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES

You may also terminate your use of the Services by discontinuing access. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees associated with the arbitration.
REFUNDS AND COMPENSATION

SERVICE INTERRUPTION OR TECHNICAL SUPPORT
In the event of service interruptions, system maintenance, or technical issues, S2Y will make reasonable efforts to inform users in advance through email or website notifications. We aim to minimize downtime and ensure a prompt resolution of any issues.
FORCE MAJEURE
S2Y shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or other unforeseen events.
